Fringe actress Anna Torv has revealed that the latest Fringe twist will define the rest of the season.In episode 15, Jacksonville, Olivia is set to discover that Peter (Joshua Jackson) is from the alternate universe.
Could the secret end their relationship before it has even begun?
"It'll definitely rock the boat," Anna revealed in a recent interview with Digital Spy. "Walter obviously doesn't want Peter to know, otherwise he'd have told him earlier.
"I think that Jacksonville is the episode that pushes us forward with a huge amount of momentum towards the end of the season."
She added: "It all gets mixed up and then you find out what the drive is behind all of this. It's the big spanner in the works! The secret definitely has a huge impact on the lives of everyone involved."
Anna also commented on the will-they-won't-they relationship between Olivia and Peter, claiming that she'd like it to remain "undefined".
"I think that when you watch them all the time, you think about what would happen," she said. "But they'd get together and stay together, or they'd get together and break up. I like that it's undefined. You're not quite sure what it is and I don't think either of them are either."
Fringe returns to Sky1 and Sky1 HD on Tue 9 Mar at 10pm.
